Shipping & Returns Policies

SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchased items from Gallery One Point Fashion!

 

Returns/Exchanges:

Boutique Purchases - If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for exchange or credit ONLY (excluding Production orders, Wholesale Showroom orders and other custom/couture orders); all garment & hang tags must be in place, product must not appear to be "worn" and a copy of the receipt & (if returning items purchased online) a return authorization form must be included. Please note:

 

  • All down payments (minimum is 50% of the order total) are non-refundable
  • We do not refund shipping cost
  • To return Showroom or large quantity orders, you must obtain a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA #) before shipping by emailing: Sales@galleryonepoint.com or calling (512) 428 – 5710 (M-S; 10 AM – 7 PM US CST)

 

Production (Custom and Couture Items) Purchases - We do not allow returns/exchange/credit on custom/couture-designed purchases, with the exception of those items that:

 

  1. may have been damaged while in-transit from our company and/or
  2. if there is a sizing deviation (from the Gallery One Point Fashion Sizing Chart) of more than 2 inches.

 

If your purchased product falls under these two exception categories and you initiate the refund request within 30 days of your receipt purchase, you may receive either a partial or full refund of your order (at the discretion of Gallery One Point Management). Please note:

 

  • All down payments (minimum is 50% of the order total) are non-refundable
  • We do not refund shipping cost

Wholesale Showroom Purchases (for Wholesale Items purchased for other stores) - We do not allow returns/exchange/credit on wholesale purchases, with the exception of those items that:

 

  1. may have been damaged while in-transit from our company and/or
  2. if there is a sizing deviation (from the Gallery One Point Fashion Sizing Chart) of more than 2 inches.

Shipping Policies:

 

  • We DO NOT ship or deliver on holidays or weekends
  • We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes

  • All of our shipping options -  Fed Ex, UPS & USPS - have tracking capabilities

 

Shipping Confirmations:

 

  • Detailed Order Confirmations for orders place before 5pm CST Monday through Friday are sent within 36 hours of order placement and will contain specific product confirmation and notice of items Out of Stock and on Backorder. 
  • Unless otherwise notified, all orders are shipped 48 hours after Detailed Order Confirmation has been sent.
  • Detailed Order Confirmation for orders placed after 5pm CST Friday through Sunday will be sent the following Monday. These orders will still be shipped 48 hours after Detailed Order Confirmation is sent.
